Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and throughout the house. In the event of non-compliance with this decision, we reserve the right to impose a EUR 200 fine on guests who smoke inside.

The apartment and the entire house are NOT pet-friendly. In the event of non-compliance with this decision, we reserve the right to impose a EUR 200 fine on guests with pets.

The rental price includes accommodation, parking, WiFi, electricity, water, heating, towels and bed linen, VAT. A tourist tax of 2 EUR / 1 person per night is not included in the price and shall be paid upon arrival. Other extra costs according to guests' needs: Washing machine and dryer: 5 EUR Daily cleaning of the apartment: 40 EUR Change of towels and/or bed linen during the stay: 15 EUR / 1 set. A refundable deposit of 100 EUR may be accepted. The deposit is refunded following apartment inspection after departure.

Garage is available only for accommodated guests and only for the period of their stay.

Yes. We accept cash, credit, debit, virtual card, and bank transfers.

If you book directly with us, you can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. For bookings made through other websites, please check the cancellation terms on that platform.

Changes to the dates can be made only 10 days before arrival. We make the change for you. The admin fee is 30 EUR, plus any difference in the holiday price. For reservations made through third-party websites, please refer to their cancellation policy.

There is no dedicated EV charging point near the apartment building, so charging is not allowed. For safety reasons, you also must not charge e-bikes or e-scooters inside the apartment. If this rule is broken, a EUR 200 fine may apply.

You park in the underground garage on level -1. Enter through the garage on the left side of the building, using the remote to open the door. Your space is No. 24 on the right.
